What's your "thing"?

Whats your happy place? Your place of utter relaxation and peace where you can retreat to re-charge yourself on a daily basis?
Is it reading a book?
Napping?
Prayer!
Coffee?
A cold Beer outside in the sun?

Something that's not a big deal that u don't need to pay for or find a sitter for but something quick and simple.

I think everybody needs to know what their thing is. When you find yourself stressed, snapping at everyone, or just plain depressed you can retreat to have 20 minutes or an hr of time just for you.

This is not selfish! How can you take care of others when you can't keep up with caring for yourself.

So find your thing and go do it today! Trust me when your done the people that have to be around you will thank you!
Is it weird to wear the same out fit every day so Long as you wash it frequently!?

Job quirks

What really annoys you at your job?

You know the dividers at grocery stores that separate your items on the belt from the persons in front of you?
Well I've had cashiers be obviously annoyed at me for using them and for not using them! So which is it?
Who is a cashier? Do you like it when people use those?!

Routine

Schedules can be great. Finding the time to work out has always been difficult For me, not as difficult as finding the motivation but that's another post.

So I made myself a daily schedule and stuck to it for the 1st time today. Not only am I not my usually ready to crash self at this time but I have a ton of energy right now. And it's not crazy coffee wired energy but pure happiness and desire to do things!

I was able to work out, shower, dressed and ready before my daughter woke up. We ran errands, fixed a nice lunch for ourselves and my husband then at her nap time I made crafts!

Normally I am fighting taking a nap myself at this time but instead I gotsome things done that I've been wanting to do for myself.

Having very recently gone from being the main bread winner to a stay at home mom I am still learning
How to get it all done and still feel like I did or made something that represents me as a person not as a "stay at home wife and mom".

I think the key is a routine of some kind and getting up before the young children!

What is your story of your daily routine? How do you do it?
